There are probably differences in this chassis. This is a CTC169JS6. I've never been successful on CTC169 swaps unless they are exactly the same chassis number. Usually the inputs and features will be different.
But the numbers on top of the processor IC are exactly as you mentioned. The feature differences are controlled in large part by the eeprom.
