Replaced shorted Q473 assy. (hor output transistor, fet) DZ401, R486 .6 u 2w. Replaced parts and when turned on both transistors would promptly get hot.
Fix: Replaced picture tube socket; Focus portion was arcing internally. Note: No coolant fluid found on socket pcb.
