The set powers up for a second (you can hear the HV build up - then
collapse)
The relay does a double click and then the red LED starts blinking
continuously. HOT not shorted.
REPLACED the STK392-110 chips and sill no help.
The customer is only in town for a few days ("second home") and I
don't have the service manual. Any help would be much appreciated.
