[Techs] RCA CTC 169CA...F27201GG.....excessive brightness

   I am ordering my replacement CD Monday, but in the meantime, does 
anyone have anything on this one? The C's of the video outputs are all 
missing the 150 volts, they just have around 3 volts around all three 
legs, so I assume it's coming from around the flyback, if that's where 
the 150v. comes from.
