[Techs] Symphonic WF2702...(Man'd July 2002)

    This set just sets there and clicks and makes a squealing noise. I 
figure it's history, because as high as schematics are and as cheap as 
TV's are, I think you know where I'm going. I was wondering if they make 
a kit for this set since it is so cheap to start with.
