B+ was 43v. Replaced bad Q507 (C3198) feedback switching transistor. Plugged in, checked B+, was 220v & quickly pulled the plug. All resistors in the circuit checked good. Replaced IC501, no change. After close inspection found smd C522 was cracked. Replacing C522 cured set. B+ back to 115v.
