Model you give is incorrect.
When you say picture winks...you need to be more specific...
Does it go to snow, or do you lose video and audio stay?

It's like the picture is winking at you. I have monitored the tuner
and power supply voltages and other misc., but I can't seem to get
anywhere. It almost looks like the tuner afc is trying to drift, but it
is happening about once every second. Any help is greatly appreciated.
