Skills: System Administrator: Support Engineer with at least 5 years experience with systems administration in a medium to large size enterprise environment. Demonstrated real-world experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and other Microsoft technologies is required. Experience with wireless messaging (BES), telephony, business continuity/disaster recovery, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment are highly valued. Must be able to work in a dynamic customer support environment and deliver superior customer service. Responsibilities: . Field incoming calls and emails from external customers . Resolve technical issues based on documented support procedures . Log and track incidents using support tools . Assist customers who are using MessageOne services in business continuity events . Identify opportunity to grow the customer relationship Experience/Requirements: . Four or more years experience with support of medium/large enterprise IT environment including Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, and Active Directory . One or more years experience with phone-based customer support . Working knowledge of SMTP, DNS, wireless messaging (Blackberry BES), and Microsoft Outlook client/server interoperability . Working knowledge of anti-virus and anti-spam filtering solutions . Working knowledge of security issues surrounding network computing . Experience with one of more of the following preferred: telephony, business continuity/disaster recovery, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) . Experience with IT Service Management framework (ITIL v3)preferred . Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work diplomatically and effectively with customers at all levels of the organization Education: . College degree or equivalent industry experience.
