This person could potentially only have SQL Server but then needs to be 100% comfortable pursuing Oracle if they choose that path. For now, really looking for candidates with multi-database experience (oracle, sql server, db2 etc) and they need to have DWH experience (any data mart,BI/ETL is a plus).
