Position: FileNet Analyst Duration: 6 months -- Contract to Hire Location: Tacoma, WA or Brentwood, TN Hourly Rates: Market The FileNet Analyst supports the installation, configuration and customization of IBM FileNet components, including Image Services, Content Manager and Business Process Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. • Provide technical skills for deploying, supporting and enhancing Client’s installations of Image Services (IS), Content Manager (CM) and Business Process Manager (BPM). • Serve as the primary point of contact for IBM FileNet questions from other teams. • Deep dive into functional business areas to identify opportunities for BPM workflow solutions. • Design, develop and support enterprise workflows in the BPM framework. • Write and execute test plans and scripts. • Work within multiple software development models, including both waterfall and agile. • Adhere to all HIPAA and SOX compliance software development policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required): • Education/Training: Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering required. • Minimum 5 years experience as a systems or business analyst, preferably in an IT consulting role. • Minimum 5 years experience with FileNet technologies, preferably Image Services. • Minimum 2 years experience with FileNet P8, including BPM development and system administration. • Demonstrated mastery of UNIX, SQL, Oracle and .NET development.
