Experience working with very *large enterprise systems*. 4. Experience with *Integration after Merger* of large enterprises (preferably financial) 5. 3 to 5 years of experience with *Service Orient Architecture* (*SOA *)/*Web Services*. 6. Hands on expertise in J2EE platform with BEA/Oracle including *WebLogic Server*(WLS) app server, *WebLogic Integration* (WLI)for process orchestration/event messaging/data transformation, and *IBM *WAS (WebSphere App Server), *IBM MQ Series *required. 7. Hand-on experience with Mainframe, CICS, CICS Web Services, and related areas. 8. Expertise in *Java, Spring, Hibernate, EJBs, Messaging (JMS, Etc.), *and* Web Services Security* needed. 9. *Hands on* experience working on information models *(XML schemas, Oracle 10gi* DB), real-time analytics/business intelligence needed. 10. Have experience with infrastructure to host web services and mainframe systems – *hardware, software, configuration/deployment, monitoring/instrumentation, management,* etc. 11. Expertise in *Security architecture* and data architecture 12. Work experience in *Home Equity/Mortgage banking/Credit products* will be a great plus. *Education:* *BS/MS in Computer Science*. *Job Requirements:* · *Architect complex systems/applications/services involving various applications/systems/databases/platforms involving integration. * · *Independently deliver high-level and detailed design docs.* · *Lay out architectural strategy and communicate architectural directions to all stake holders.* · *Get buy-ins from others on proposed architecture. Be able to succinctly defend proposed architecture in reviews. * · *Be hands-on to develop prototypes. Be with development/QA teams during entire SDLC.* · *Lead design and carry out design reviews, code reviews and QA reviews.* · *Independently carry out proof-of-concepts of new software/applications. * · *Be a fast learner. Be very productive and deliver project architecture within days. * · Document and evaluate competing approaches and solutions and support the development of approaches that align with HCF (Home Consumer Finance – mortgage, home equity and finance) architectural objectives. · Validate completeness of technical approach against articulate business needs · Participate in sessions with the business representatives to validate business system requirements to ensure accuracy and feasibility of the business requirements; · Analyze the business requirements to develop process flows representing "as-is" and "to-be" business processes and to develop high-level and detailed analysis models to represent the 'flow of information' within the proposed system; · Analyze the business requirements to develop conceptual software architectural diagrams to represent the proposed "end-state" software system architecture, and identify system dependencies and risks ; · Coordinate with the business partners & technical teams to facilitate the approval process for architectural artifacts such as analysis and design models that are used by the technical teams during the development (coding) process; · Act as a liaison between the business & technical groups in determining requirements and identifying potential limitations to a successful implementation as well as potential for improvements; · Participate in software development project security reviews to ensure that all organizational communication protocols are followed, ensuring the privacy of customer and corporate information; and, · Participate in reviewing test scripts and test cases developed by the testing team to ensure that they accurately reflect the requirements represented in the form of analysis and design models. · Provide input on infrastructure (capacity planning, SLAs, etc.) and anticipate possible deployment/management/monitoring issues.
