The VB.Net web services will be used for pre-filling the electronic forms and the saving of data through data connections. The selected person will be responsible for designing, coding and testing these web services using VB.Net and providing knowledge transfer of these skills to COSA IT staff. Other skills of designing and coding electronic forms, workflow and Flex applications will be utilized if possible.
