The ERP Program Manager will support the Business and IT leader in the areas of scope management, project planning and tracking, issue management and resolution, risk assessment and mitigation plan. In this role you will also ensure the coordination of both global and regional plans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure project scope is properly managed Develop and resource structured work plans to ensure achievement of project outcomes Build and control the integrated project plan with input from different sub-teams Coordinate regional plans and resources with global plans and activities Ensure issues are managed and resolved and risks are highlighted with well-thought out mitigation plans Develop stabilization plans and post implementation reviews Coach regional sub teams in project management methodology, ensure adoption tools and standards Prepare progress reports and steering committee meeting. Experience *10+ year of JD Edwards (World and OneWorld) implementation experience*. Experience managing multi-country, business and function JD Edwards implementation. Knowledge of validation procedures and protocols for Pharmaceutical companies. Extensive exposure to designing, implementing and improving business processes in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Skills Excellent Project Management Skills Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
