Pls suggest if you have any good matches ASAP. ------ Need Senior consultants only please ----------- *Micro Strategy **(change control and configuration management administrator/developer)* NY/NJ 12 Months $55 - $70/hr (DOE) This resource would be responsible for problem tracking and resolution, migrating application changes into production, and providing technical assistance to development team. This person would use and maintain Enterprise Administrator to assist with these tasks. He/she would work closely with the application development teams. This would include working with the database modelers to ensure the SQL is optimal performance, working with the web developers on any bugs in the sdk code, and ensuring the clients projects and database changes remain in sync. *Responsibilities:* · *Install, configure and set up MicroStrategy environment ( Servers, ODBC etc )* · *Build MicroStrategy universes* · Create necessary objects to meet reporting requirements · Create and maintain attributes, metrics, filters, prompts · Design and maintain security model for all users · Perform quality assurance and performance for all reports · Develop and implement SQL scripts to fix data errors · Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues · Coordinate and deploy MicroStrategy changes to the production · Hands on experience in creating access control list and security roles · Hands on experience in Enterprise Manager and Narrowcast *Experience:* * * Minimum 5 years of technical experience with MicroStrategy · *Knowledge of MicroStrategy infrastructure requirements * · Experience working with Narrowcast in a production environment · Data warehousing and data modeling experience based on architectural needs · Report performance tuning experience · Experience in migrating objects from development to production · Experience upgrading or installing various versions of MicroStrategy, hotfixes and patches · Strong troubleshooting skills · Creativity in using MicroStrategy tool features · Excellent problem solving and analytical skills · Experience in all aspects of software development life cycle · Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, multi-tasking scenario · Ability to plan, organize and work independently and in a team · Ability to adapt quickly to deliver quality results in a timely manner = pls suggest resumes to [email protected] Thank you.
