Qualifications:

*       Five years DataStream 7i System experience, preferably within
Pharmaceutical Environment 
*       Three plus years End User Training experience 
*       Proficient in Report Writing utilizing tools such as Oracle
Discoverer and Crystal Reports 
*       Good understanding of Data Migration Tools/Technologies 
*       MS SQL and Oracle platforms knowledge. 
*       Excellent communication and teamwork skills required. 

 

Description:

An EAMS Application Team Subject Matter Expert provides expertise in the
areas of Enterprise Asset Management (EAMS) application configuration,
support, documentation and end user training.   

 

Primary responsibilities:

*       EAMS Implementation experience within multi-site locations 
*       Ability to assess end user needs and relate to appropriate software
functionality 
*       Co-ordination of system configuration tasks 
*       Provide input/knowledge to develop End User Training materials and
User Guides 
*       Support of local deployment activities to ensure successful system
implementation 
*       Development and maintenance of any required Validation documentation

*       Participate in defining and documenting operation policies and
procedures for maintenance of the system 
*       Provide support for all application related issues during
implementation and deployment 
*       Assist in troubleshooting application problems 
*       Manage areas of security including user accounts, roles, profiles
and privileges 
*       Conduct Expert and End User Training 
*       Design and develop customized reports where required 
*       Participate and manage data migration tasks/processes
