This person will need to interact with the subject matter experts and others to define what data is needed (Almost a BA role). Once the data is defined, this person will hand off the specs and others will do the ETL mapping and Urvi's team will head the testing side. *Required Skills:* Experience working with Oracle (PL/SQL), Informatica and Health Insurance/claims experience will be required. Strong communication skills are a must. Previous experience working on a migration project from a legacy system to a software package would be very helpful as well.
