Job Title: SAP CRM Analyst High Level Job Description: CRM (customer relationship management) analytics comprises all programming that analyzes data about an enterprise's customers and presents it so that better and quicker business decisions can be made. CRM analytics can be considered a form of online analytical processing (OLAP) and may employ data mining. Job Description: . Responsible for resolving complex problems across multiple SAP technologies and platforms. Must be able to work across multiple modules and preferred to have exposure in multiple SAP areas. Be able to work across local modules and create cross module integration. Consider the impact of decisions made on SAP configuration and the impact it could have downstream, creating contingency plans as needed. . Partner with business customers to facilitate decision making on what to do with regards to enhancements and break/fix issues. Manage appropriate changes as it relates to the system, technical architecture, and business process side of things based on their expertise of the system. Take solutions to the business, providing input into strategy and translating business requirements into SAP functionality and configuration needs. . Adherence to and tracking of the project or baseline related metrics. Adherence to incident and problem management processes and use PepsiCo incident and problem management tools Skill Sets: Required: SAP SD ECC Required Qualifications . Experience in SAP configuration, development, implementation, and support. Typically, 2-5 years of experience. . Experience in project delivery and requirements management. . Strong background in ECC and CRM processes - SD, ESM and Trade modules preferred. . Strong background working with customer data and related business processes. . Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate . Experience influencing, and collaborating across teams.
