C# and .Net skills are also needed He will need to assist with problem resolution and production support of the Microsoft Customer Care Framework (CCF). Details: 1)Understanding CCF environment and workstation setup. 2)Understanding of OO principles and how they apply to CCF development 3)Understanding how to develop in C# using the Visual Studio IDE. 4)CCF project organization, and setup in source control 5)Key development techniques including debugging, refactoring, etc. 6)Using source control tools to facilitate faster, safer development. 7)Creating and utilizing automated unit tests for development and regression testing. 8)Understanding of the components of CCF at a high level to know what techniques are available to accomplish an automation. 9)Understanding of the components of CCF at a low level, to adequately design and develop using them. 10)Understanding of HAT at a high level, when it is appropriate to use it, what its weaknesses are, etc. 11)Understanding of HAT at a low level, to adequately design and develop workflows. 12)Understanding of HTML DOM, and how the CCF/HAT components interact with it. 13)Understanding RUMBA screens at a high level, and how CCF interacts with them. 14)Basic understanding of regular expressions, for scraping HTML and other text when all else fails.
