Great communicator 2. 2+ years of Flex experience 3. Additional object oriented experience before Flex experience expected (Java, C++, C# etc.) 4. 4-10+ years experience overall 5. Custom component development a big plus – candidates with this skill should be able to discuss the component lifecycle very thoroughly 6. PureMVC experience a plus; however, some MVC framework experience is a requirement (others are Cairingorm, Mate, Penne, Swiz, Model Glue – there are probably others but these are the bigger ones) 7. BlazeDS experience a plus 8.
