Mandatory Qualifications for SAP BI/BW HR Consultant* 1) Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in similar SAP projects including ECC 6.0 and NetWeaver; 2) Minimum of 3 years of project implementation experience with SAP BI/BW technology; 3) Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI Production Support area; 4) Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Reporting and Advanced Features using B-Ex Web and/or Cognos and/or Business Objects; 5) Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with SAP BW/BI Performance Tuning; 6) Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP HR data extraction to SAP BW/BI; 7) Minimum of 2 years experience of web publishing using Web Application Designer, Enterprise Portal and/or Information Broadcasting components; 8) Minimum of 1 year experience with SAP BI technical and/or end user training; 9) The possession of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or a certificate from an accredited University in Information Systems Management or Computer Science. *b.
