Experience in WebLogic application server, experience with WebSphere is a plus . Possess the ability to perform analysis and design software systems using industry standard modeling tools . Be proficient in the use of software development tools like JDev, RAD and techniques in software projects . Present and communicate effectively with clients, with team members and with management . Provide effective mentoring to team members and other technical members when required . Experienced in SOA Governance processes. Systinet experience would be a plus . Knowledge of migration from Oracle 10g to 11g is a plus . Experience with MQ Series is must. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) knowledge would be a plus . Possess a minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 or more years working in the areas of systems architecture, component design, implementation, and deployment processes.
