Business Analyst w/ Java, J2EE- business process analysis, documentation and
modeling, and background in using WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related areas.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Have a thorough understanding of software development life cycle and
requirements engineering.
* Proficiency with business process analysis, documentation and
modeling.
* Experience using WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM) desired.
* Proficiency in requirements elicitation, gathering, structured
analysis and documentation.
* Proficiency in defining various requirement types for an IT project:
business requirements, user requirements, system requirements.
* Experience using requirement methodologies (Use Case and HLD) to
prepare user requirement documentation.
* Proficiency using requirements management tool RequisitePro.
* Requirements experience with Java/J2EE Internet/Intranet application
preferred.
* Ability to effectively work with a large and diverse group
of.stakeholders.
* Ability to investigate/research issues, determine impact and provide
solutions.
* Experience in collecting, organizing, and presenting technical
information.
* Experience in preparing documentation, meeting notes, and other
written communications.
* Be extremely detail oriented and well organized.
* Ability to lead and mentor team members.
* Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team-focused player
who adapts to dynamic work environment quickly.
Writing Sample is requested at time of face to face interview.
JOB START DATE: As soon as the background check is completed and processed.
LOCATION: Baltimore, MD
Client MAY do initial phone screen and candidates WILL be required to do an
in-person interview. Prefer candidates in the mid-Atlantic region and
candidates on your H1.
