Cisco CCIE preferred or Cisco CCNP with 5 to 8 years experience. 2. Must have hands on experience configuring and maintaining Cisco 7200, 3800 and 2800 Routers, Cisco Catalyst 6509, 6504, and 6500 Switches, Cisco PIX and ASA Firewalls, and Cisco VPN Concentrators. Cisco Catalyst Switches 3700, 3500 series and Stackable Catalyst Switches. 3. Hands-on experience on Cisco VPN Concentrators, Knowledge of Cisco VPN Client configurations and deployments. 4. Must have extensive background in Network Security, Firewall Policies, Network Security design, encryption technologies. Configuration and maintenance support experience on Cisco PIX 500 Firewall series, Cisco ASA 5500 Firewall series experience. 5. Must be familiar with designing and maintaining TCPIP Subnet structures. Heavy experience working with VLANs and Private VLANs. 6. Must have experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting TCPIP Routing Protocols, OSPF, Cisco EIGRP, Catalyst Switch Layer-3 routing, develops and maintains site TCPIP Subnets. Experience in Wide Area Network Protocols, HDLC and Frame Relay. MPLS experience a plus. 7. Hands-on experience on Cisco VPN Concentrators, Knowledge of Cisco VPN Client configurations and deployments. Configuration and maintenance support experience on Cisco PIX 500 Firewall series, Cisco ASA 5500 Firewall series experience desirable. 8. Experience with Cisco IOS Installation and Upgrades, Network Management applications (Ciscoworks) and other Network Management software a plus. 9. Responsibilities include Router and Switch installations, maintenance, replacing faulty network communications equipment, development of network documentation, and maintenance updates. 10. Experience developing network documentation and network guidelines documentation under the direction of the Lead Network Architect 11. Must have solid experience working with network cable installations, i.e., CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, Multi-Mode Fiber, Single-Mode Fiber, Copper, and Fiber Patch Panels, Cable Management systems, equipment setup, system testing and servicing in order to meet project deadlines. 12. Monitors network performance and provides status for early detection of network problems and resolutions. 13. Maintains Network wiring closets, Data Centers, Cable Management, and setup of new equipment and reconfiguration of network equipment in the data center. 14.
