Summary of Project: Clarify Support

Description of Assignment: Clarify Application Support Specialist

Deliverables:
Application support for the global CRM Solution Amdocs Clarify
* Responds to users within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) for
support requests; setting appropriate expectations for resolution time
* Monitors and prioritizes requests based on SLA
* Manage customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction
* Provide technical assistance as necessary to end users and development
staff
* Constantly look for and develop innovative solutions / ideas that will
improve customer experience and/or increase efficiency
* Assist in application implementation or enhancements (i.e. quarterly
releases of CRM- Clarify, and/or implementation of new tools such as telecom
software upgrades
* Be part of the 24/7 On Call team (remote)
* Completes projects as assigned by manager

Specific Job Characteristics:
** Basic experience with MS SQL Server
* Understanding Tuxedo & WebLogic, VB.Net is a plus
* Must have strong knowledge in Call Center business processes
*
Knowledge and Experience:
** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
educational / work experience
* 3+ years experience in Amdocs Clarify application support
* 5+ years experience in IT application support

*Problem Solving Capabilities:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibility:
* Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization (business and
technical).
* The ability to work with several groups of data and users simultaneously
* Willingness to learn new techniques and tools through both on and off site
training
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
