Siebel Lead Developer Location: Stamford, CT Start Date: 6/15/2009 End Date: 10/2/2009 Request: Need a Lead Developer, Start mid June 2009 - approximately 80 days (analysis, design, dev, test) in the SEBL Mktg/OBIEE space. . Provide in-depth technical knowledge of the Siebel Marketing Module and its data model . Provide lead developer services to guide design and development . Work in partnership with our project Architect, Client's Lead Developer and technical team . Contribute to and document the Siebel application design to support our project requirements . Contribute to mapping requirements to application design . Configure and develop the Siebel Marketing module according to design . Contribute to and configure prototypes as required . Contribute to testing and performance testing . Understand and follow client processes around configuration management etc . Participate as full project team member - attending key meetings and contributing to success of project Skills: . Expected number of years experience - 6-7 years Siebel experience with minimum of 3-4 years large marketing implementation . Expert services and technical knowledge around Siebel Marketing module and data model . Proven track record in the configuration and delivery of Siebel Marketing Module, email campaign and metrics/reporting . Ability to provide technical guidance . Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams members and raise issues as needed . Ability to take business project requirements and map them to Siebel processes SCOPE: High level scope is to provide email campaign functionality for marketing teams including: Create Program/Campaign; Import Content; Create Templates; Import of lists; Attaching lists to Campaigns; Execute Email Campaigns; Collect basic email metrics on bounce backs, opt ins/ opt outs, click throughs, forwards, no-reads etc.; View metrics within a campaign and across programs; Metrics - we are planning on using the Marketing module reporting/metrics for email marketing, and are not planning during this phase to use the BI analytics (OBIEE) Assumptions; All lists and segmentations will be handled outside of Siebel and imported into Siebel to attach to an email campaign. Content will be created by client, but imported into Siebel for use in email campaigns. Marketing database remains external to Siebel for this phase Current version Siebel - 8.0.0.1 - upgrades planning this summer to 8.0.0.6 to 8.0.0.7 Current version OBIEE - 10.1.3.2 - although this skill base is not required for our first Email Marketing Phase it would be helpful if resource has worked with Marketing Analytics in OBIEE before to ensure we set things up with the future in mind.
