A new requirement for a J2EE Integration Developer. This is a 6 month contract located in Boston, MA. The rate is low, $30/hr, so we need junior candidates. I have included the job description below.
J2EE Integration Services Developer The Integration Services Developer implements core J2EE code to support a production Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Virtual Gateway (VG) web services (WS). The Integration Services Developer must also identify solutions to production issues. The Integration Services Developer is also responsible for maintaining the deployment of each ESB and WS releases in the production environment. Job Duties: * Support existing production code base for ESB and Web Services in a 24x7 environment * Develop Web Service integration solutions * Document approach and core design artifacts * Configure WebLogic application server to support the development deployment of the ESB and WS source code * Documented Unit test results to project team * Identify potential design enhancements to existing ESB * Measure compliance against standards. Experience required: * 5 years experience as a J2EE Java developer * 1-3 years BEA WebLogic 9.x + experience * Experience with JSP/JSF front end solutions * Software development framework experience, ideally with an ESB * Experience implementing Web Services * Familiar with IBM MQ Series , IBM DataPower XI50 * Willingness to work third shift and respond to production issues in an "on-call" fashion. * Good problem solving and analytical skills in enterprise systems * Ability to communicate problems effectively and follow escalation procedures. * Ability to build relationships and influence others.
