In-person required!* * * *Oracle SOA * 8+ months Austin TX Rate: $50-55/hr Max *Description* Currently seeking a Contractor with expertise in *Oracle SOA*. This position is in Austin TX and will last through February of next year. The resource shall provide a combination of technical and leadership skills, including in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, SOA and JAVA. The resource shall work closely with business leads and subject matter experts to capture application environment requirements, determine integration approach using Oracle SOA environment, and determine SOA business modules. * * *The following is a list of work elements:* *Provide *Oracle SOA infrastructure support* of existing application environment, application architectural design, support current applications developed with *BPEL Java/JEE and the Oracle SOA platform (BPEL, WSM, ESB and UDDI).* *Provide deployment support for the current IBM Maximo/Peoplesoft Financialsintegration to production. *Migrate the *PeopleSoft / Maximo BPEL* process to the new Maximo 7 implementation. *Develop new SOA based integration for Maximo based on current integrations such as: o Database triggers from *Maximo to PeopleSoft*. o Database trigger for data loads from the *WorkForce EmpCenter time and labor application*. o Migrate various *SQR* database programs to BPEL process for bulk processing. o Migrate the fuels upload process from a *SQR to BPEL process*. *Develop *SOA based integration for PeopleSoft financials* payments to JP Morgan Bank. *Develop *SOA based integration for PeopleSoft HR* to maintain people / candidate data between Peoplesoft Human Resources and an externally hosted on-line job recruiting system service. *Provide expertise with *Linux and/or UNIX operating systems**, **Oracle Application Server/Weblogic application servers.* *Provide integration development of SOA processes using *Ant Build configurations* and other tools as needed. *Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business areas. *Mentor development to effectively operate and manage the Oracle SOA infrastructure.
