Harrisburg, PA Rate: $40-48/HR. on CTC *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY TO THE HARRISBURG/CAMP HILL AREAS* *Job Responsibilities * 1. A lead Developer to design, develop and test a new application that has two components (Demand Dashboard + Supply Dashboard). Both views allow drill-down and selection filters. There is already a requirements document created. The candidate will create a design document, develop and test the new application. The person will be responsible for the project and will also delegate work to another off-shore developer. 2. Once the application is developed (estimated 6 months) - this person as well as the off-shore resource will manage on-going maintenance / enhancements of the S&OP application PLUS additional applications. 3. will also need to do data modeling with help from the customer. The new application will interface with Oracle tables. The customer will provide an overall project lead to be the liaison with the business users. He will get answers to any open questions, prioritize issues, manage scope working with the resource. 4. We are anticipating this to be developed in .NET following the customers deployment methodologies & standards. 5. The Business Requirements Document (BRD) and prototype have been been completed. * Skills:* 1. C#.NET 2. Oracle 3.
