Perform weekly monitoring and analysis of adjustment files. Participate in call monitoring vendor's call center. Manage the user application access process. Act as an escalation point for issues and questions. Maintain and update process documentation as needed. Participate in SLA monitoring and reporting. Hire Details: We need detail oriented with an operational support background. This person should be able to help with complex problems, analyzing dat to identify issues and work towards resolution.
