*Sr. ORACLE DBA with **imaging*, *FTZ*, and *Cyclone***
*Location:-Chandler, AZ* *Rate: around 35/hr * *Duration:- 6 months * *Experience/Skills:* Expert level knowledge of Oracle database technologies & architecture. Expert level (hands-on) experience building and supporting Oracle RAC clusters 10+ years of supporting distributed databases running on *HP-UX* & Red Hat Linux OS's in enterprise datacenter environments 8+ years of supporting Oracle 9i & 10g databases including RAC and ASM 5+ years of supporting Oracle database backups using RMAN/Veritas utilizing OEM & Grid Control Extensive knowledge in Oracle internals, SQL tuning, and database performance tuning Strong UNIX shell scripting (Perl preferred) experience is a must Previous experience with HP Service Desk preferred Participate in 24x7 support as a member of the on-call rotation providing reactive support & planned changes. Optimize performance on database and applications by analysis of data modeling, schema design and SQL query review. Monitor backup success/failure and support refresh & restore requests. *Specialized Project Work:* Provide Hypercare Oracle RAC support for completing transition of document * imaging*, *FTZ*, and *Cyclone*
