I have an urgent requirement and would appreciate you if you can forward to me any suitable profiles for this. *ROLE: *Network Architect *Location: Bloomfield, CT* Duration :5+ months Project Name: CIGNA Technical Architect Project Description: Network operational support *Job Description:* · Accountable for the integration and coordination of local area and wide area networks for the organization. · Performs as top level technical contributor/Subject matter expert with advanced knowledge and experience in the area of local and wide area networking, communications, and related hardware/software. · Candidate is responsible for developing the technical architecture including the necessary detailed design, and implementation plan. · Candidate is responsible for conducting the selection, installation, and management of the hardware, software, and telecommunications systems to meet business requirements within CIGNA technical specifications. · He/She must be capable of utilizing independent judgment and discretion to recommend the acquisition of new hardware, software, and/or telecommunications systems. · Additionally, must be capable to interact with CIGNA Information Security to develop the requisite network security and access procedures. · Utilizing independent judgment and discretion, assists with the design, engineering and development of information technology solutions. · Candidate will support the design, analysis, development and/or implementation phase of engineering infrastructure solutions for small projects. · He/She assists in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and the customer’s expectations. · May assist in the diagnosis and correction of application/network problems, and pilots of new technology involving mainframe, midrange, desktop, server, network data, voice, messaging, web, database, or output/receiving. · The candidate must deal well with ambiguity, while making sound decisions and be quick to develop organizational agility. · Candidate must have demonstrated customer focus and demonstrated the ability to deliver high quality results. · CISCO experience required, CCIE, or CCNA desired.
