   - Proven experience implementing, configuring & supporting
   Enterprise-class application systems.
   - Experience working within a structured (iterative models preferred)
   development life *cycle & methodology, Systems Integration &
   Infrastructure Optimization experience leveraging documented APIs* &
   related and technologies
   - Perform production support of *Windows 2003/2000 Application
Server*environment.
   - Perform basic production support for the *VMware ESX server environment
   *.
   - Perform production support for the Microsoft SQL environment, as
   needed.
   - *Provide pager coverage* in the assigned environments.
   - Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
   - Methodical approach to troubleshooting application and system issues
   - Self-motivated with ability to set & meet deadlines on multiple
   projects without frequent supervision
   - Able to prepare weekly status reports, as well as reports for technical
   and business managers
   - Detailed knowledge of *networking concepts* *(ie, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) *
   - Consult with customer to gather requirements and develop system
   configuration.
   - Coordinate implementation of systems based on customer requirements.
   - Provide service to demanding, expert users and developers.
   - Participate in projects as required.


*SharePoint Specific: *



   - Ability to own and resolve *complex SharePoint system problems*,
   engaging necessary teams as required
   - Able to engineer technical solutions, including prepare detailed
   written/visual documentation, and demonstrate strong analytical &
   problem-solving skills.
   - *Minimum of 2 years demonstrated hands-on experience* with the
   deployment, configuration, and implementation of *Microsoft SharePoint
   (MOSS 2007).*



*Skills:*



   - *SharePoint 2007* experience
   - Experience working within structured (iterative models preferred)
   development *life cycle & methodology, Systems Integration &
   Infrastructure Optimization experience, while leveraging documented APIs*
   - Knowledge in administration, configuration & customization of Microsoft
   *Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007) and Windows SharePoint
   Services. Microsoft Office Server System 2007* experience is a plus
   - Expert knowledge & experience with Microsoft Internet Information
   Services
   - Experience with *InfoPath Forms Design & XML *
   - Understanding of Microsoft Windows debug & performance tuning concepts
   - *Clustering architecture* experience a plus.
   - Experience supporting systems in an enterprise class data center.
   - Experience supporting systems in an enterprise with - thorough change
   control process.
   - *Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) preferred.*
   - Minimum four years experience supporting *HP server hardware*. Must be
   familiar with server hardware and software support, including RAID
   configurations.
   - Experience with Scripting to deploy software a plus.
   - Minimum one-year experience with remote access systems.
   - Minimum *three-year experience with enterprise monitoring systems*.
   - Working experience with *Vmware ESX server virtualization*.
   - Working knowledge of *Citrix server*.
   - 2 years experience with *Microsoft SQL server a plus*
   - Knowledge of *network architecture and troubleshooting.
