Position: Business Analyst

Business Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Newark NJ
****Must have Healthcare industry Experience
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and
steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in gathering and analyzing user
requirements and developing functional specifications
- Recent industry in the health insurance industry
- 4-7 years of Health Insurance experience
- Analysis from the Business Side
Nice to have:
- Recent experience working with ERP systems such as Siebel or
PeopleSoft
- Experience working with an ETL tool
- Experience with project management is a plus
- Experience working for a Big 5 firm project work a plus
