Specifically, this resource will work with the DEP Communications Office to plan, prioritize, streamline, build and migrate existing web pages into the standard Aqualogic technology. Acquiring this position will decrease the time required to complete the mandated migration project. Additionally, BIT staff will assist the contractor as needed and as required by the Communication Office. The highly specialized nature of the AquaLogic product and the importance of the timely and successful completion of the site migration project, require the services of a resource that has expert knowledge of the products. Acquiring this resource will ensure that the migration effort takes place in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Additionally, DEP will ensure the newly deployed website is consistent with industry best practices, some of which are specific to the AquaLogic product. This contract employee will participate in the planning and migration of DEP content to the AquaLogic platform and will guide and assist with tasks related to this effort while working with the Communications Office.
