Levels are: superficial familiarity, limited experience, moderatly strong, very strong, expert): .Net Ajax C++ CSS HTML OOP SOAP SQL SQL Server XML Job Description: The Web developer will work with the Tools and Automation team to develop a new web platform to replace the current MS Access-based application. The job is a combination of different web disciplines: part development, part operations, and part design. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of web skills, focusing on Microsoft technologies, primarily Visual Studio, C#, and SQL Server development. Developers will be responsible for limited scope web design and development serving our internal operations team. Development projects will focus on reviewing business requirements and technical specifications, and developing to these specs. Developer may also be called upon to troubleshoot issues and problems involving other applications supported by the team. Developers must also have an eagerness to learn about new technologies and share that knowledge with the rest of the staff. Duties Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and write technical specifications. Identify and meet technology needs of the Windows Server Platform Services team. Monitor web operations and respond to problems, some of which may occur outside of regular business hours. Share knowledge of internet techniques and technologies with our staff.
