*Job Responsibilities*:
- Work directly with users and business partners to gather reporting
requirements and provide solutions
- Provide guidance and decision-making on client reporting needs
- Oversee and participate in the development of the report technical
designs
- Oversee and participate in the implementation of reports and testing
activities
- Manage the day-to-day activities to ensure the completion of
deliverables on time
- Develop and maintain process controls and procedures
- Implement advanced standardized and self-service solution capabilities
- Provide training to other areas and individuals across the organization
*Required Skills and Experience*:
- 5+ years of strong Report Development Experience on SQL Server,
preferably SQL Server 2008 -SQL Server Development in writing Stored
Procedures, Functions etc.
- Proven experience with SSAS, SSRS and SSIS
- Understanding of enterprise information and data management principles
- Ability to do assessment and analyze large data sets for completeness
and quality
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and
business audiences
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing and OLAP concepts
- Knowledge of Data Mapping and transformation concepts (ETL)
- Knowledge of data architecture design principles and standards,
including metadata and data modeling
- Kimball methodology understanding and experience.
