Requirement as fallow: Responsibilities: Job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Participate in data modeling initiatives and data analysis§ § Create sound database logical and physical design models Follow defined§ procedures and standards to review change requests to the existing databases/models. Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: 5+ years§ of experience in Relational database concepts, relational logical modeling, best practices, and physical design 5+ years of experience in data modeling,§ and translation of data model to relational design 5+ years of using§ modeling tool, preferable ER/Studio 3+ years of modeling in high volume,§ high usage data warehouse/ODS. 10+ years of experience in the IT industry,§ including full life cycle methodology, standard office products such as Word and Excel, and some application development Bachelor’s degree in Computer§ Science or a related field Expertise in working with High volume, and High§ Transaction databases Expertise in requirements gathering and Database§ Modeling using the various tools Knowledge of Mortgage Industry and its§ practices Knowledge of S-OX procedures and implementations to comply with§ the regulations Nice to Have Skills: Knowledge or replication§ architectures in the various database technologies Knowledge of the web§ architecture and application technologies.
