Project Management Certification required. Business Analyst with extensive experience with ILEC Custom Bid Pricing tools and M&Ps needed for Pricing tools reconstruction project. Consults with clients to determine required business processes, then designs, develops and implements a wide range of applications to optimize systemic and worker productivity in line with the required business processes. - Expert Excel 2003 and VBA skills needed to modify interactive Excel workbooks used by Sales and Pricing personnel. - Technical writing skills required to create/modify new and existing methods and procedure documents. - Education should be B.S. in Management or equivalent experience. Additional skills: Self-motivation, innovative thinking, and strong organizational skills; Strong interpersonal skills and a positive track record of working on inter-discipline teams; Demonstrated strengths in team leadership, project management and documentation; Strong communications skills, both written and oral.
