*Position Title:* Senior Web Applications Developer (With Java/J2EE background) *Location:* Washington, DC *Duration:* 6 months CTH *Must Skills: Java J2EE; *JSF, SEAM, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services; HTML, XML, XLST, Ajax, ColdFusion; SOA environment (JavaCAPS preferred)** *Job Description:* *Responsibilities:* Specifically, these developers will: . Build and maintain Java/J2EE web applications using leading-edge technologies . Communicate and consult with cross-functional teams in developing optimal web design solutions . Participate in design and architecture reviews of new applications and major system enhancements . Follow standard software development life cycle processes and participate in code reviews, building and executing unit test plans, and software packaging and deployment . Maintain legacy ColdFusion web applications . Create, modify and troubleshoot complex, modular XSLT stylesheets using advanced techniques such as keys and pipelining . Support fast-paced production maintenance activities . Support product migration to new environments . Participate in and support platform/tool set upgrades *Qualifications:* . A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline . 5+ years experience developing Java/J2EE web applications with specific experience using JSF, SEAM, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services . Fluency in HTML, XML, XLST, Ajax, ColdFusion . Experience in SOA environment, JavaCAPS preferred . Strong knowledge of Web 2.0, RIA, and presentation frameworks . Experience with SQL and RDBMSs, Sybase and/or Oracle preferred .
