Support DBA requirements for FAS 140
Statement:
§ Database Design - work with project DA to establish a
database design that will support the projects processing and performance
requirements.
§ Performance and tuning reviews - work with the project and
production support teams to evaluate and tune database access performance
and database system level performance.
§ Assist developers in tuning application SQL tuning.
§ Implementation of databases and data schemas for
applications
§ Deploying database changes to DEV,SIT,UAT and production
§ Environment maintenance for non-production including
backups, space management upgrades and patches.
§ Prepare deployment documentation and change control
