MUST HAVE: 

5-7 years technical background 

3-5 years directly related to IBM WebShere 

 

- J2EE Applications and middleware on primarily the Unix/linux platform. 

- WebSphere 5.1/WebSphere 6.x/WebSphere Process Server, SunOne Web Servers,
Wily Introscope, Netegrity Siteminder. 

- Strong WebSphere Application Server with expertise in Installation,
Configuration, Tuning, and Deploying applications. Experience with WebSphere
Application Server Version 5.1/Version 6.x 

- Experience in configuring WebSphere Servers in a Cluster solution for High
Availability, Load balancing and fail over support. 

Knowledge of Web Security tools- LDAP Server, SSL Certificates. 

Expert knowledge on distributed systems and. 

Expert experience in Jython and ANT scripting to automate and monitor
routine tasks. 

Linux (Red Hat) and Solaris experience. 

Good working knowledge of Monitoring Tools such as Introscope, HP OPENVIEW,
BMC Patrol. 

Experience with https servers such as Iplanet, Sunone, Apache. Ability to
troubleshoot and debug problems with http servers. 

 

 

 

Implements the resolution of complex technical problems involving creation
of Web sites and e-commerce applications and their integration into the
bank's existing computer systems. 

Provides senior-level technical support to Web Developers. 

Installs new hardware and software. 

Upgrades and maintains the systems that employ scalable, advanced
technologies and methods to integrate Web systems with existing systems,
enabling the creation of new Web enterprises or expanding existing business
onto the Web. 

Develops and implements Web systems support applications infrastructure for
e-commerce, Web-based customer support and Web interfaces to databases. 

Monitors and gathers performance statistics to assist in determining
hardware requirements and communication bandwidth to support projected
transaction volumes and response time and system availability targets.
