(EOB) Location: Raritan Methodology/Certification * Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration; a technical degree; or related field. * PMI certification is a plus . (i.e; PMP, CPM, MS Project etc..) * Experience in or the proven ability to adhere to an SDLC methodology * 8 - 10 years of Project Management Experience * SDLC certification is a plus Technical *Project leadership of enterprise initiative focused on Vendor Management *Develop/Define and maintain the detailed task level plan *Coordinate resources, budget and schedule for program consisting of 4-5 concurrent projects *Manage the relationship with the various stakeholders (internal and external) to IT *Motivate the team and create the opportunity for a high performing team *Manage changes to the project plan *Create the right level of accountability with team members while balancing expectations with business partners *Execute using standard SDLC methodologies and processes *Track risk management and the mitigation of any identified risk areas *Manage and facilitate all projects through implementation and the hand-off to operational team *Ensure that security, Sarbanes-Oxley and privacy are properly considered and emphasized in all IM project plans *Responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities *Coordinate across various functional Information Management areas to provide solutions and resolve issues for managed projects *Ability to manage concurrent activities and issues are a must *Take a lead role to ensure successful execution of the detailed project work plan Non-Technical: * Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential * Ability to provide executive level analysis and recommendations on project wellbeing * Strong problem and issue resolution skills * Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams a must * Ability to work independently * Manage and maintain meeting schedules, meeting minutes and action item lists while ensuring resolution to action items -Experience in outsourcing governance and/or leading a Program Management Office (PMO) for an outsourced relationship is preferred -Previous experience leading Vendor Managment / Vendor Governance projects is strongly preferred Warm Regards, Priya Altech Star, Inc Princeton, NJ 08540 609-520-9000 X 18 Fax: 609-520-9005 pr...@altechstar.com
