This position is responsible for successful delivery of SAP CRM solutions utilizing technology and best practices. Preferred candidates will have deep understanding of SAP CRM 5.0 configuration and experience in ASAP Methodology Responsibilities include: - Interaction with the business users to gather requirements - Ability to lead business requirements definition sessions with client business. - Ability to independently generate solutions using SAP CRM. - Interfacing with Other modules of SAP like BW for reporting. - Generate Business Processes and Procedures documents - Train various levels of system users with the solution Candidate Must Have: * 4+ years of experience in SAP CRM. Version 5.0 preferred * Good knowledge of Campaign management, Leads, Segmentation, opportunities, Business Partners, Ibase and other functional areas of CRM * Good knowledge of IPC * Functional knowledge of SAP BI and SAP CRM modules.
