Job Title:Tibco Developer Location:Hopwell, NJ Duration:6+ months Rate: Open Green Card/Citizen Description About the Position: Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting transition projects that utilize Business Process Framework and TIBCO BW and iProcess engine to build business workflow. The initiatives will include relationship pricing approval flow, Leads and Referral tracking flow, and Call Center account maintenance flow. In addition to the business process development, this position will also need to cover the development, maintenance, deployment and support for GWIM Banking applications which include Deposit platform, Bank Broker services and Common Modules for fund transfer. Candidate will need to work with architect, system analyst and business users on the requirement and work flow design. Candidate will also work with project manager and infrastructure support on the implementation and deployment plans. Since banking applications are provided to many channels, timely production support will be an essential requirement. Candidate must have at least 5 years working experience in TIBCO workflow development and be familiar with BW and iProcess. Candidate must also have at least 7 years working experience in Microsoft .Net, ASP, C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, XML, and Web Services. Candidate must have good communication skills and can work with various teams during development and implementation cycles. The knowledge in Oracle, IMB MQ, and financial application development is a plus. Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Thanks!
