HP Service Management Center Specialist
* 3-4 years in Experience in implementation and configuration of HP Service
Management Center (Service Desk) modules - Incident Management, Problem
Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Asset Management.
* Connect-IT and experience with HP Service Desk integrations with
monitoring tools a plus
* Experience with administration, upgrades, Patch Management, Email Engine
configuration, and performance tuning a big plus.
* Understanding of ITIL processes
* ITIL certification a BIG PLUS
* Experience with Asset Management module and uCMDB and DDM integration a
BIG plus
* Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
* Certifications in HP, Windows and Solaris SA certifications a plus
* Strong analytic skills
