Locals and GC/Citizen) *Skills : Websphere MQ Series, IBM Websphere MQ Broker and ESQL, SOAP ,WSDL & etc., * Skills, and Abilities: 1. Ability to communicate effectively. 2. Ability to work independently and with little supervision. 3. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality. 4. Ability to create and sustain positive relationships with members of the business units. 5*. Proficiency with Websphere MQ Series, IBM Websphere MQ Broker and ESQL* *6. Proficiency with generating message sets with COBOL Copybooks and WSDL files.* *7. Proficiency with XML concepts. * 8. Knowledge of UDDI concepts. 9. Knowledge of SOAP and REST messaging concepts Applicants must have: 1. *3+ years experience in application programming.* *2. 2+ years of IBM MQ Broker design and programming experience with ESQL*. 3. Experience with 6.0 broker. Experience with 6.1 broker is preferred. 4. Experience with SOAP Nodes, Http nodes, Files nodes in Broker. 5.
