Role: *FileNet Developer *
Location: NJ
Duration: 6 months
Worker will create and organize business process flows, related content and
user interfaces using Business Process Management in a FileNet environment.
Worker will simulate and model process flows and provide documentation on
each process flow. Worker will collaborate with user community to ensure the
workflow supports the business processes.
In addition, worker will perform analysis of existing business processes to
automate them with BPM. Performs research and analyze issues and
requirements and work closely with other technical staff. Conduct reviews
of proposed design and again after coding and unit testing of assignment.
Worker will perform testing to verify that the development meets the
business requirements. Performs other related work as assigned. Worker will
adhere to and follow all IT templates and standards.

• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally on a variety of
business matters as required
• Knowledge and understanding of P8, Image Services, Workplace,
WebSphere and Java
• Perform related work as assigned

4 Hands on experience developing in FileNet P8 3.5x Business
Process Management (BPM)
4 Hands on experience developing FileNet eForms
4 Experience in deploying in a FileNet enterprise environment
4 Experience constructing Workflow diagrams in collaboration
with users
3 Experience developing in Java
Strong Communication (Verbal & Written)
