He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and work constructively with people across various functional departments and geographies to resolve technical and non technical issues. Highly organized and motivated, has demonstrated UAT success in capital markets. This person will work in a fast paced environment and create/enforce testing standards. The core role functions include test preparation, execution, maintaining a testing calendar, daily coordination across multiple stakeholder groups.
