- 5+ years of consulting experience. - 3 to 4 years of proven success in developing SharePoint solutions (SP 2003 and SP 2007) for multiple projects/clients. - Work with the SP architects to estimate the work for a given project. Maintain and update the project schedule during the development phase. Work productively to avoid schedule skips or cost overruns. - Excellent organizational and communication skills (required.) - Strong background and knowledge of all aspects of software testing unit, component, regression, functional, system integration and user acceptance testing. - Ensures project scope and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. - Ensure that the developed solution successfully passes through assigned quality gates from requirements, through design/architecture, development and deployment. - Work well and foster positive working relationship with other practice groups within the organization. - Experience in managing offshore development - cultural familiarity, etc. will be a big plus. - Experience working in a fast paced and demanding work environment. -- Thanks & Regards Praveen RapidIT, Inc.
