The candidate does not need to be a Oracle DBA at MD FOR 6+ MONTHSD Database Manager/Administrator Here is what the manager is looking: Oracle DBA ***UPDATE*****The biggest missing piece is the knowledge and experience of migrating a complex SQL Server database to Oracle. Although a number of the "Service Notes" from the vendor claim they candidate has the experience, the resumes do not bear this out.
